Wellbeing at Manor Drive

Wellbeing refers to a state of being healthy, happy, and comfortable, both physically and mentally.  It provides a sense of contentment and satisfaction with your life. Wellbeing is influenced by a range of factors, including physical health, social relationships, work-life balance, and personal values and beliefs.

The WHO defines wellbeing as "a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity"

Positive mental wellbeing means feeling good about yourself and the world around  you.  It means being able to get on with life in the way you want.  Helping and supporting other people, and working with others towards a shared goal, is good for our mental wellbeing.  Research from the New Economics Foundation shows that there are 5 steps to improve your mental health and wellbeing.  The "5 Steps to Wellbeing" could help you feel more positive to get the most out of life.
